I know you can read my profile and find out all about me but I thought I would start out my blog by explaining about me my "Norwex" story in a little more detail. So, here goes:
I grew up in NJ with a mother and father who had to have everything CLEAN CLEAN. My mom always had a job chart and the rule was that you couldn't do anything until your chores were finished. On Saturdays, my dad would make us deep clean everything and we even had to pull the couches out to clean under them. They were a little crazy :) I am thankful for what they taught me. For me, cleanliness is so important. I have learned to clean and it has become a stress relief for me. Don't get me wrong my home can sometimes get messy. After all, I am a mother and my child is a tornado! But, I love the feeling of a clean home!
Several months ago, I was working with a friend at a daycare who just happened to bring in some Norwex cloths. She demonstrated how awesome these cloths clean. She took butter and wiped it on the window. At first I thought she was crazy. I thought, why would anyone smear butter on a window and WHY WOULD ANYONE BRING THEIR CLEANING RAGS FROM THEIR HOME TO A DAYCARE??? Then I watched her easily clean the butter and I thought I don't care what those things cost I want some. I didn't know at the time that they cleaned bacteria too. I just thought they made things look pretty :) After hearing a little more explaining I knew wanted more products SO I asked to host a Norwex party... and then I decide to sell and here I am.
Let me tell you that I am no stranger to "sales" jobs. I have signed up to sell a few other things like Cutco (which I so very much LOVE) but selling knives, no matter how much I LOVE them, was not exactly my thing. I also signed up to sell Mary Kay. HAHA who hasn't signed up to sell Mary Kay?? The problem I found with Mary Kay is that I didn't really know how to wear makeup myself so selling and "teaching" others how to wear it didn't really work for me. Then, I signed up to sell It Works! wraps. Have you heard of those? 45 minutes and you can loose weight. It is awesome! Again, I had a hard time going up to people and saying, hey.... I think you could use these. So, I lost out there too. Norwex.... now that is something I can do. I LOVE to clean and Norwex not only cleans but it helps you clean FAST! I really do like to clean but cleaning QUICKLY is ideal for anyone, especially a mother! With any sales job you have to work at it in order to be successful. You do have to get out of your comfort zone and that is never easy. BUT Norwex makes it so much more simple and I have loved it!!
I believe in Norwex and what it stands for.... Chemical free cleaning! My little man at 21 months has already started to help me clean. I will hand him over an Enviro cloth and let him clean away and he actually does it. I don't have to worry about him touching or smelling any chemicals and most importantly I don't have to worry about him putting anything in his mouth. I love that there are no health risks to using Norwex clean my home and I love that I can teach my child at a young age to clean as well.

I am in love with laughing and having fun! I love to be happy! I really honestly like people and enjoy talking with them. I love sports and am a HUGE fan of the Yankees. Don't knock me! I am not a band wagon fan. I have always liked them win or loose. I love to make things, I'm a big DIYer! I love to decorate and I love more than anything in this world being a mother to my sweet little boy! Nothing in this world tops that and that is the honest truth. I made a decision to never let any kind of work get in the way of being his mother. For me, being a mother is the most important job I can have. With that being said, you might be wondering how I can sell Norwex or why this even relates, right?? One of the great things about Norwex is that I am my own boss. I get to run my business how I want to. I get to work around my schedule and I get to decide when I work and when I don't. This is the best. When my son is asleep, I work. When my husband is at home I will have parties. OR if he isn't home and I need to I will just take my little dude along and I LOVE IT!
I love to clean. Not just because I am a Norwex consultant but I have always LOVED to clean. It helps me to de-stress. I love to think of ways to organize and make my house feel fresh! Finding Norwex was meant to be :) I hope through reading my blog I can help others learn cleaning tricks (and maybe sometimes organizing) so that they can have a clean stress free home as well!
